Training is the most important aspect of becoming a successful soccer player. Training allows the player the opportunity to maximize on their touches during exercises and small sided games.
Training of a complete player must include technical, physical, psychological and thinking exercises. To maximize on the development of a complete player all of these areas must be worked on in each session. Repetition of the basics must always be reinforced, especially at the younger age groups so a solid foundation can be mastered to allow the player to become a better player in the older age groups. In training, what a player is eating and doing prior and after a session is the most important. If the player is eating and resting properly the player will be able to perform and train at their highest level. Eating and drinking after a session, especially within the first 60 minutes is vital to give your body the essential and required replenishing of fluids and food. SSE 90 trains each player to maximize their total development. Each player at SSE 90 will have a program designed to meet their skills and long term projection. Working in a small group setting with highly qualified coaches each player will have the attention they require to develop to their maximum potential.
